Sonqollay is a fully hand-knitted, extremely soft pure FS alpaca cardigan with a unique diamond-shaped pattern in combination with traditional cable knit and hand-embroidered buttons. Furthermore, the moderate balloon sleeves transitioning to high-rise cuffs and a V-neck create a flattering silhouette and make Sonqollay a perfect piece to combine with both daily and more sophisticated evening outfits, such as over a silk dress…The diamond-shaped pattern symbolizes the heart in Quechua, the ancient language of the Inca empire. The Sonqollay cardigan hugs you with its Peruvian heritage, centered around love, connectivity, and craftsmanship. Sonqollay is made entirely with pure sustainable materials translated into a Peruvian-Scandinavian narrative. Details and Care

89% FS alpaca, 11% polyamide

*Alpaca is the cohesion of all the other fibers: the softness of cashmere, the shininess of mohair, the thickness of angora, and the strength of merino wool. Their fiber is flame-resistant and it can also wick away moisture because of its unique ability to mimic cotton in moisture regain. This is what makes alpaca feel lighter than wool but warmer than cotton in cool, damp climates.

Hand-knitted in Peru by artisans who were all fairly treated and paid for their work.  

Note that actual colors might vary slightly from your monitor. 

Do not wash, but rather air out your alpaca garments from time to time. If stained, dry clean only. Keep your wool garments safe from moths by using organic lavender pockets.

    Saga is a fully hand-knitted and hand-embroidered artisanal piece. A midi length style coat with a slightly pointy hood, made in 100% organic, mulesing-free, and naturally dyed wool. Saga is knitted in off-white wool and tightly embroidered with black wool threads by using a very precise and time-consuming embroidering technique with a thick needle. The hand-embroidery process takes days to complete and results in unique details throughout the garment. Saga is a very high-quality piece, crafted to last a lifetime and beyond. The yarn Saga is made of is both hand-pulled and handspun, which creates the perfect thickness and feel of every single thread.
