Therefore you can be sure that you are the only one in the whole world to own a particular model of one of Maridruna’s favorite statemeant cardigans. Unique is handmade by only one experienced knitter in the Maridruna team , who wields this precise knitting technique. Unique is a long style cardigan, with padded shoulders.
It takes approx. 10 days to make one Unique Maxi Cardigan.

Details and Care

60% cotton, 30% wool, 10% (acrylic, polyester, bamboo).

Made in Serbia.

Note that actual colors might vary slightly from your monitor. Additionally, note that  every Unique cardigan is made in a slightly different color combination and no two are alike.
Instead of washing, air out your woollen garments from time to time. Wash only if stained. We suggest hand-washing our wool pieces in cold water with a gentle, natural soap. We love any organic soap that has little scent, in a small dose.
Submerge your sweater in the water, gently rub any deep stains, and remove quickly. Then, roll the sweater in a clean towel to absorb excess water before laying flat to dry (ideally on an airy surface).

How to Wear It

Wear your Unique with Maridruna Organic Cotton White shirt and a pair of low heel sandals, jeans and white t-shirt for a daily attire or simply drape it over your shoulders in combination with a silk dress for a sophisticated evening look.

    Saga is a fully hand-knitted and hand-embroidered artisanal piece. A midi length style coat with a slightly pointy hood, made in 100% organic, mulesing-free, and naturally dyed wool. Saga is knitted in off-white wool and tightly embroidered with black wool threads by using a very precise and time-consuming embroidering technique with a thick needle. The hand-embroidery process takes days to complete and results in unique details throughout the garment. Saga is a very high-quality piece, crafted to last a lifetime and beyond. The yarn Saga is made of is both hand-pulled and handspun, which creates the perfect thickness and feel of every single thread.

Chloë is made entirely of 2-strands of a single-ply fragile Plötulopi unspun wool, resulting in it being exceptionally light and airy, yet sturdy enough. Chloë is knitted by only a few experienced members of the amazing team of knitters we work with, that all wield the specific hand-twisting yarn technique required when working with this delicate wool.
