SHIPPING INFORMATION – NORWAY

Service: Posten / Bring – 1-3 working days

Price: flat rate shipping cost kr 89,-  (inkl. MVA)

Your order will be delivered either to your mailbox, nearest pickup point, or the Post office, within 1-3 days*. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a text message from Bring telling you your scheduled delivery time. If the delivery time doesn’t suit you, you can change it to a day and time that does, directly on your phone.

*Kindly note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times are provided only as guidelines and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, or delays within Posten/Bring.

Uncollected Packages
All uncollected packages will be charged NOK 150,- to cover handling fees. The handling fee for uncollected packages comes in addition to the return cost for the shipment. Both return costs and handling fee will be deducted prior to refund.
Uavhentede pakker
Husk at uavhentet pakke ikke regnes som bruk av angreretten. Hentes ikke pakken innen fristen og pakken returneres til oss, vil du få et gebyr på 150 kr. Gebyret dekker kostnader som følge av vår behandling av saken. I tillegg til dette gebyret, vil du også bli belastet for reel kostnad for retur, slikt som ved vanlig retur. Samlet beløp av disse to vil derfor bli trukket fra ved eventuell tilbakebetaling.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

When ordering from paetria.com, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of records and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Norway may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Pætria has no control over these charges, nor can Pætria predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

RETURN POLICY

For environmental reasons, we would like to have as few returns as possible. Please ask all your questions before you purchase, so we can make sure the item is right for you (a right to returns does not always apply to some made to order items. Please read down below (separate section) about our return policy for these items).

If you, however, decide you want to return your purchased item(s), please note that PÆTRIA.com has a 14 days return policy. Any requests about returns after 14 days from receiving the parcel will not be approved. Within the 14 day window from receiving your parcel, please register your return by logging in to “my account” at paetria.com. Upon the registration and approval of your return, we will create and send a returning label to the provided email address. All garments must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid damage. Any return fees must be paid by the customer and will therefore be withdrawn from your refund if such is approved. 

If approved, we will refund your return within 14 days of its arrival, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. If you chose Klarna invoice, we will update your invoice accordingly. If you like, you can log in to My Klarna to pause your invoice while your return is being processed.

We kindly advise you to return your orders using the same carrier that delivered them to you and by using the provided returning label in order to ensure safe transportation and easy returning process handling. 

To track your return, save the tracking ID on the return shipping label.

Returns from outside Norway: 

Any duties/costs related to the return have to be borne by you and will be deducted from the refund. Please inform yourself about how to declare the returning goods in order to avoid any extra costs before shipping your return.

  1. Log into “My account” at Paetria.com and find the order you want to return. Fill out and send the return request for the order (available only within 14 days from the day you received your order), or if returning only partially, please specify the items you want to return in the comment section of the returning portal. Kindly specify the reason(s) for your return.
  2. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box (or similar, protective packaging for the purpose), together with the protective tissue paper. Close the box and tape it securely.
  3. Print out the return shipping label that you received from us by email after your return request was approved. Place the return shipping label securely and visibly on the box. When delivering your return parcel, remember to ask for your return receipt with the tracking number, or else Pætria will not be responsible for the return shipment to our warehouse.
  4. If your return is approved upon arrival at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the time of arrival of the item. If your return is not approved, you will be accordingly informed about it by email.
  5. Please note that the return delivery fee will NOT be refunded. Any items that are being returned must be in perfect condition, unworn, without any visible signs of usage or damage, and must have all the original labels attached. Returns are closely inspected upon delivery and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match these criteria.

 

RETURNS FROM NORWAY:

Make sure to receive the necessary papers and labels, as described in the steps above. Deliver your return to your local Posten/Bring office. Any fees regarding returns will not be refunded. Please note that we have a 14 days return policy.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

Upon receiving all the necessary papers and labels, as described in the steps above, please contact DHL and schedule a pick-up suitable for you. They will ask for identification-number regarding Pætria and this is 954853859. The return will be traceable until it has reached our warehouse in Oslo.

If your return is accepted upon arrival at our warehouse, your return will be handled/refunded within 14 days from the time of arrival. NB: The return delivery fee will NOT be refunded.

The return policy of our made-to-order models differs depending on whether the item is in the brands stock at any time or if  its solely and exclusively produced upon your order.  For made-to-order models that are in the brands stock, we operate with a 14-day return window and our standard return policy. However, if the model has to be produced exclusively based on your placed order, that made-to-order item will not be eligible for returns or refunds. The reason behind this return policy is the brands and our participation in combating overproduction and over usage of natural resources as well as promoting mindful consumption through a lower scale, but highest possible quality manufacturing.  At any time, please opt for the information regarding return policy of every single product on the respective product page, in the section “Shipping and Returns” for the most accurate return policy. If in doubt, please contact us. 

If you requested and got approved some changes on any made-to-order model, such as f.ex.longer sleeve or similar, such item is considered customized, which makes is not refundable, nor exchangeable, as it deviates from our/brands standard calculated sizes and fits.

Furthermore, in case you contact us with regard to placing an order for a made-to- order model in any other color that is not listed on the model’s product page at PAETRIA.com (a color you saw on the brands website or elsewhere), we will be glad to help you, but please note that the item will not  be eligible for returns nor refunds, as it will be exclusively ordered and handcrafted for you.

In case you want to order a model from any of our brands through us, but that is not listed on PAETRIA.com, please contact us. Mind that any order of a model not listed on PAETRIA.com will not be eligible for returns nor refunds.

We kindly advise you to read the Shipping & Returns section for the particular product of interest on its respective product page for the most accurate return policy.

Purchased items are not exchangeable into a different size and color. Exchanges are handled in the same manner as a return (as described above). You will have to place another order of your desired product/size and we will ship this to you while your return/refund is being processed. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned and undamaged merchandise and are based on stock availability.

All items are quality controlled and checked before they are shipped. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately (within 24 hrs from when you received the item) at hei@paetria.com to get your claim reviewed. Please include your order number, photo, and description of the problem.

Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately and that the item is not defective due to your conduct.
